Everything is in Japanese so I can't read them to be of any help. I have described the conditions above, but will add here as well: flash, case and paperwork are all in good shape. Battery compartment is clean.

Case shows a tiny bit of wear - very good shape. Looking at the pictures in manual, it appears this came with some type of cord that I assume went from flash to camera not sure which don't have. One side of the flash has a small hair-line crack to surface see picture. Papers are all very good - they in Japanese.

I don't know what the dial is for so can't test, but it moves freely. Its just to the surface of plastic housing - it doesn't appear be deep at all and impact anything. Vintage National PE-10R photo flash with its case, manual and some other papers guessing warranty registration. The flash works fine see video.
