The size and leather pull tab led me, along with expert consultation, to identify it. It is OEM Graflex and it could be the last of its kind. The envelope may be a little worse for wear but this Graflex #1491 dark slide is NEW and UNUSED, wrapped in tissue the original. This oversize dark slide fits the Graflex and maybe Fair child. 5x7 cut sheet BAG MAG.

It took me a while for to make sure that this was what it is as documentation sparse.
