Outer box is in fairly OK condition as they are old but the inner 4 pack sleeves inside see pics very brittle from aGe and have some tears bulbs appear them. Outer box has a little soil and some sun fade in places. Then another huge increase of 9.

The box and bulbs are all Ge brand. Now even a 1 oz package costs over 5 times more than first class letter mail stamp.
